In 2013, a monument to the actor Mykola Rybnikov was unveiled on Metalurhiv Avenue. He played the role of steelworker Sasha Savchenko in the movie «Spring on Zarichna Street».
Grigory Pometun, a steelworker from Zaporizhzhia who taught the actor about the peculiarities of the metallurgical profession and became the prototype of the character played by Mykola Rybnikov, was present at the monument's unveiling.
The monument features the hero sitting on a bench, with a stylized 1950s speaker nearby that plays the melody from the song "When spring comes - I don't know".
The monument has become a popular spot for photos among residents and visitors of Zaporizhzhia.
